What types of events do you host?

The Cordell hosts a wide range of events — from personal celebrations like birthday parties, weddings, and mitzvahs, to corporate gatherings like meetings, conferences, galas, and fundraisers.

What is the maximum capacity?

The Cordell can host up to 200 guests for standing receptions, 175 for theater-style programs, and 150 for banquet seating. Our open layout can be configured for custom formats to best fit your event.

THE SPACE

How much does it cost to rent The Cordell?

Rental pricing varies by day of the week, with weekdays starting at $1,800 and weekends starting at $2,600. Submit an inquiry, and we'll follow up with detailed pricing tailored to your event.

What's included with the rental?

Every rental includes exclusive access to the space — with dedicated setup and breakdown time — a venue manager on-site throughout your event, tables and chairs, access to the prep kitchen, and high-speed WiFi.

Do you have A/V capabilities?

Yes. The Cordell features built-in A/V technology, including a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, wireless microphones, and an integrated sound system designed for presentations and speeches.

PRICING & INCLUSIONS

Do you have preferred caterers?

Yes. We work with a curated list of preferred caterers offering a wide range of cuisines, service styles, and price points. We're happy to connect you with options that suit your event.

Can I bring my own caterer?

Yes. Outside licensed and insured caterers are welcome with prior approval. All caterers must provide staff to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish.

Do you have a kitchen?

Yes. The Cordell features a fully equipped commercial kitchen reserved for our preferred caterers, and a dedicated prep kitchen area available to outside caterers.

CATERING & KITCHEN

What is your alcohol policy?

All alcohol service is provided exclusively through The Cordell. We offer open bar packages and consumption-based options to suit a range of events and budgets.

Are outside vendors permitted?

Yes. We welcome outside vendors, including florists, decorators, and entertainment. All vendors must be licensed and insured, and we ask that you share their details in advance so we can ensure a smooth event day.

BAR & VENDORS

Is there parking?

Yes. Several public parking garages are located within steps of The Cordell, including the Auburn-Del Ray Garage with over 700 spaces. Private parking and valet arrangements can also be made for your event.

Are you ADA accessible?

Yes. The Cordell is located at retail level, and our facilities — including restrooms — are fully ADA accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please don't hesitate to reach out, and we'll be happy to help.
